Research interests / expertise
Kenan worked as an undergraduate researcher for 1 year (2 semesters and a summer) in Dr. Joel Perlmutter's Neuroimaging Lab at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology. While there, he discovered a passion for imaging science because of its broad practical applications and its foundation in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physics. He also enjoys programming more broadly as a way to merge creative and analytical skills to solve interesting problems.
Other interests
Outside of work, Kenan enjoys playing board games, playing tennis, playing piano, reading, shooting the breeze, and more.
