Research Interests
Sourabh's research focuses on developing methods to exploit topology (shape) and geometry (structure) in different stages of machine learning, and image / data analysis pipelines. These methods typically fall into one of the following categories:
- Extracting signatures (features) for machine learning, analysis, and visualization.
- Developing learning algorithms that leverage the topology or geometry.
- Utilizing topology and geometry to understand, interpret trained machine learning models.
Sourabh has applied these methods to address biomedical and biological reseach problems, and has experience working with various imaging modalities and network-structured datasets from these domains.
